The homeowners wanted a more modern, low-maintenance exterior. We removed the old dormer tiles, upgraded the insulation and installed Anthracite Grey cladding, along with new triple-glazed windows and a matching composite door.

The existing dormers were clad with old tiles that had become weathered over time. We removed the tiles from both dormers and carried out a full refurbishment, including new insulation, breathable membrane and battens before installing modern Anthracite Grey cladding.
This not only improved the appearance of the property but also helped improve thermal performance and weather protection.
As part of the project, we installed new A+ rated triple-glazed uPVC windows throughout the property. The new Anthracite Grey frames complement the cladding perfectly and provide improved energy efficiency, security and noise reduction.
The slimmer, modern frames also allow plenty of natural light into the home while giving the exterior a much cleaner appearance.
The original front door was replaced with a stylish Anthracite Grey composite door complete with matching side panels. The new door provides improved security, better insulation and a modern finish that ties in with the new windows and dormer cladding.
Choosing matching colours across the windows, door and cladding helped create a consistent look across the whole property.
